Personal Care
Our personal care services help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. Zara Homecare caregivers provide respectful assistance with everyday needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers, nutrition, hydration, and meal support. Care is tailored to each client’s individual needs, preferences, and daily routine while promoting dignity and independence.
Companionship
A little support and meaningful companionship can make a big difference in everyday life. Our caregivers provide conversation, social interaction, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, errands, transportation, and assistance with appointments and other routine activities. Our goal is to help clients remain connected, supported, and comfortable while continuing to enjoy life in their own homes.
Medication Services
Managing medications safely can be an important part of remaining independent at home. Zara Homecare provides medication assistance and medication administration according to each client’s individualized service plan. Medication services are provided by trained caregivers under the oversight of our Registered Nurse, with systems in place to promote accurate medication administration, proper documentation, and ongoing monitoring.
Nursing Services
For clients who require additional clinical support at home, our Registered Nurse provides nursing assessments, care planning, health monitoring, caregiver instruction and supervision, and ongoing reassessment of nursing needs. When appropriate, our RN may also train and delegate specific nursing tasks to qualified caregivers and continue to monitor their competency and the client’s condition. This allows clients with stable and predictable health needs to receive appropriate nursing support while remaining comfortably at home.
Respite Care
Caring for a loved one can be rewarding, but family caregivers also need time to rest, attend appointments, work, travel, or simply recharge. Zara Homecare provides dependable respite care so family members and other regular caregivers can step away knowing their loved one continues to receive attentive support at home. Depending on the client’s needs, respite care may include companionship, personal care, meal preparation, mobility assistance, supervision, and help with everyday activities.
